ROOPA CARE was founded jointly by Roopali Samson and Qasar Daniel. Roopa is short name of Roopali. Roopa means “Blessed with Beauty, Hence the Beauty of Roopa care is in its slogan “Care with care and Respect”
Roopali is an executive member of Roopa Care. Roopali has been a Registered Nurse since 2003 and has a lot of experience in Nursing and home care.
Her passion for looking after others shows through in her role as Nurse always supportive, caring, and smiling!
Her background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the needs of both clients and the care team. Roopali enjoys making a difference in people's lives and is passionate about quality person-centered care and ensuring that every resident achieves the highest possible quality of life.

Qasar Daniel studied Master's Degree in Business Management. Qasar Daniel has extensive experience in marketing and management since 1997 before he joined the healthcare industry in 2011. He worked in different healthcare establishments on the management level. He enjoys caring for others and promoting their comfort and well-being. He aims to ensure that the residents in his care enjoy the highest standard of care and that they are always comfortable and safe.
